Job Title: Technician- Electrical
Rate of pay: £20.44 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Join us as a Technician, where your expertise in electrical installations and project management will play a pivotal role in delivering successful outcomes. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies while meeting client expectations.
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, your duties will include leading site-based operations, managing resources, and coordinating project teams to achieve objectives within budget and time constraints. Your role extends to attending client meetings, conducting surveys and inspections, and overseeing commissioning and handover processes to ensure seamless project delivery.
With a focus on operational efficiency and quality, you'll develop and enforce best practices, provide guidance to team members, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in procurement, cost planning, and risk management will contribute to the profitability of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
As a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, effective communication and relationship-building skills are paramount. You'll be expected to manage client expectations, resolve project issues, and adapt to changing requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.
