Job Description: As a Technical Supervisor, you will oversee the mechanical aspects of our high-end projects, ensuring that all systems are installed, maintained, and operated to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Supervisor or similar role in the FM industry.
• Strong mechanical engineering background with a focus on high-end projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and relevant regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
