Job Overview

  • Reporting to the Training Manager, providing training and support on MiJobs, Maximo, CATS, SAP, Coupa and all 
    processes relating to these systems

 

Main Duties

  • • Deliver face to face and Teams training for all Maximo users
    • Deliver face to face and Teams training for all MiJobs users
    • Analyse the performance stats for both Maximo and MiJobs users to identify further training requirements
    • Create and update new training material to support the system developments
    • Create 'release notes' and guides following system releases ensuring that they are tailored to the audience
    • Be part of the mobilisation process, welcoming and training new colleagues
    • Be part of the induction process supporting new colleagues
    • Identify gaps in the processes for non standard contracts and provide solutions inline with the business 
    requirements
    • To act as internal subject matter experts (SME) to learn and drive the correct usage of our systems
    • Holds indepth understanding of the contracts to ensure they are fully support during and after the training 
    process 
    • Become an SME for CDW and SDM to support reviews
    • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the 
    daily operation of the contract. 

 

What we are looking for

• Experience in a FM environment 
• Previous training experience
• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Confident to lead on difficult conversations
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to tailor you training approach to meet the needs of individuals
• Team player – Ability to work alone or as part of a team
• IT literate – Excel and Power Point to at least intermediate level
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage change effectively 
• Attention to detail
