We are looking for an approve to pay admin to join a busy team where the role will involve reviewing invoices.
We are looking for somebody with the following attributes:
Proficient excel skills and systems knowledge (Maximo, Oracle and MS Office)
Proactive approach to innovation and problem solving
Confident to lead on difficult conversations with suppliers and the business
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritise a changing workload and use initiative
Ability to organise and prioritise workload
Sustain enthusiasm, have strong analytical skills and an ability to understand and help solve complex issues
Excellent communication is essential as well as sound stakeholder management skills at all levels
Elevated level of integrity with a commitment to embedding a strong governance culture
Able to produce concise and informative reporting under tight deadlines
A team player but able to work under own initiative and escalate as necessary.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Provide Governance and Commercial rigor on spend & suppliers including, Management of delivery against KPI's
Review of Consolidated Application for Payment process with Key Suppliers
Working alongside the wider Supply Chain team team to implement governance and control with our Key suppliers
Liaising with the business to resolve disputes
Manage day to day escalations relating to Invoice approval
Communicate effectively with peers and management to diverse priorities
