Job Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator to join our team. If you have a background in Managed Services or Facilities, especially in a hospital environment, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile end-of-month statistics and reports.
  • Handle client requests via phone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Prioritise tasks according to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Schedule and coordinate engineering or subcontractor resources.
  • Manage job records from creation to financial closure.
  • Liaise with the engineering team for daily updates.
  • Assist with quotations and client approvals.
  • Raise purchase orders for materials and services.
  • Provide accurate data for internal and external reports.
  • Maintain operational processes and CAFM system.
  • Deliver excellent client and customer service.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in service desk and administration within the building services industry.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and management.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient in IT, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CAFM systems and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting to changes.

 

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in facilities management administration.
