Job Overview
We are looking for a curious and technically capable individual who has proven experience in generating insights from disparate datasets, working closely with clients looking at data from across the globe. Within this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of workplace occupancy data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation. You will also be expected to utilise statistical methods to interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and present findings to stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting Technical Service and Connected Workspace leadership to deliver business and customer goals through the use of data, analytics and story telling.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Data Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of workplace occupancy data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
Utilise statistical methods to interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain robust data models to support ongoing occupancy analysis and forecasting.
Reporting and Visualisation:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate occupancy metrics, space utilisation, and other relevant insights.
Create visually appealing and informative dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Data Collection and Maintenance:
Collaborate with the Customer to ensure accurate and timely collection of occupancy data through various sources, including access cards, sensors, surveys, and other relevant tools.
Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the reliability of collected data.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Facilities, HR, and IT, to understand their data requirements and deliver insights tailored to their needs.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Project support:
Contribute to new projects by establishing useful data points from the business, starting up data collection exercises as needed, analysing the returned data and presenting to the project team.
Provide ongoing ad-hoc support to the project team.
