Location: Field-based, covering Herts, Luton, and Reading

Working Hours: Core hours are 08:00 to 17:00, with some flexibility required | 40 Hours per week

Contract: Full time | Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Services: Provide reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) for all operational assets.
• Multi-Skilled Work: Cover electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
• Modifications & Installations: Perform necessary modifications and installations.
• Liaison: Communicate technical issues with contractors and suppliers.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets high standards and complies with legal and company policies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and calibrate equipment to optimize performance.
• Documentation: Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to building occupants, keeping them informed of work progress.
• Health & Safety: Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental policies and complete required documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Working within commercial properties and installations.
• Health & Safety: Good understanding of current legislation.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to change and flexible with working hours.
• Proactive Approach: Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Communication: Good communication skills and team-oriented.
• Driver's License: Must hold a full UK driver's license.
• Technical Skills: Ability to record work accurately and maintain a safe working environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Gas: NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance,
• COCN1 or CODNCO1, CORT1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1. (Desirable)
• AC/HVAC: NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning/Maintenance, F Gas Qualification. (Desirable)
• Electrical: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, 2391-52 Testing and Inspection. (Desirable)
• Plumbing: NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing. (Desirable)
