We are looking for a skilled Specialist Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of specialized cleaning tasks, including pressure washing, deep cleaning of commercial kitchens, and cleaning external building cladding using MEWPs. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pressure Washing: Perform thorough pressure washing of exterior surfaces, including patios, walkways, and building facades.
• Kitchen Deep Cleaning: Clean and sanitize commercial kitchens, including floors, walls, ventilation systems, and cooking equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
• External Cladding Cleaning: Clean and maintain external building cladding to restore appearance and protect surfaces.
• Use of MEWPs: Safely operate Mobile Elevated Work Platforms for high-level cleaning tasks, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE and adherence to company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in specialist cleaning, including pressure washing, kitchen deep cleaning, and working at heights (preferred but not required; training will be provided).
• MEWP certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, especially related to working at heights and using cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and industrial cleaning tools.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments, including outdoors and at height.
• Strong time management skills and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
