Mobile Engineering Supervisor
Yorkshire – Full Time
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible managing customer expectations in a profitable and competitive manner, ensuring you are instrumenting in directing and implementing the company quality assurance procedures with particular attention to the areas of responsibility listed.
Your main responsibilities would be to manage and prioritise engineering site cover through a rota, liaising with PPM and the Reactive team for best delivery. You will ensure all work is completed in a safe and diligent manner as well. You would also update recording manuals and risk assessments for in house engineers when required as well as reviewing risk assessments of external subcontractors.
You will also be responsible for managing and planning subcontractor attendance to ensure targets are achieved, focussing on the repair and maintenance of building fabric by responding to customer needs and building relationships in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate would have experience in management of planned programme works and coordinating multi skilled work groups. You will have strong people management skills and hold a relevant H&S qualification. The ideal candidate would also hold a Full UK Driving Licence and is open to flexible working.
