Job Title: Interior Maintenance Technician

As a member of the team, you will report to the Supervisor and be responsible for carrying out maintenance duties to a high standard, consistently delivering exceptional service. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining interior plants to an excellent standard, taking ownership of plant replacement as needed for your dedicated sites, and assisting with Christmas installations and de-installations. You will also be required to demonstrate a strong understanding of smartphones and relevant apps to ensure you comply with all processes.
In your role, you will work as a walking technician across central London, covering zones 1-6, where you will maintain interior plants to a very high standard. Effective communication with clients and employees at your dedicated sites will be key to your success. You will take full responsibility for the sites assigned to you and collaborate closely with the Supervisor to ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of these sites throughout the contract. A flexible and agile approach to your work will be essential, as will a solid understanding of smartphone technology and interior plant maintenance best practices.
