Your Role at a Glance: In this role, you will protect the client's site by strictly adhering to published Assignment Instructions (AI's). You'll be responsible for ensuring that our service meets and exceeds expectations, delivering security that fosters the retention of the contract. This is a role where full accountability leads to full achievement, backed by a strong commitment to continuous learning and training.

Main Duties:

Operational Security:

• Site Compliance: Stay updated with all policies, legal obligations, and safety standards, ensuring total compliance at all times.
• Task Execution: Thoroughly complete all site duties as outlined in the AI's, proactively suggesting improvements.
• Patrol & Monitor: Conduct regular patrols every 4 hours during the day and every couple of hours during the night, ensuring all internal and external areas are secure.
• Admin Tasks: Hand out keys, fuel cards, and paperwork; sign drivers in and out; scan and copy documentation.

Site Management:

• Technology-Ready: Familiarize yourself with site computers and the incoming CCTV system, which will further strengthen security coverage.
• PPE & Safety: Always wear your PPE (Hi-Viz vest or jacket and safety boots) while carrying out your duties in a safe and organized manner.

Health & Safety Focus:

• Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying and reporting any potential hazards.
• Stay alert to any security threats and respond promptly to mitigate risks, ensuring the safety of the site.

Training and Development:

• Complete all required competency training to perform your duties with confidence.
• Keep your SIA license up to date, ensuring renewal 16 weeks before expiration.
• Embrace continuous self-development, utilizing technology to enhance job performance and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in security roles is essential.
• Licensing: An active SIA License is required; SC Clearance is desirable.
• Driving: Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car.
