The post holder shall be responsible for the delivery of the housekeeping services within the Q-Parks car park at the Mailbox in Birmingham.
The primary purpose of the role is direct responsibility for the delivery of the housekeeping services within the Q-Park car park at The Mailbox, Birmingham. The post holder will report to the Night Duty Manager and receive guidance from the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that the contract deliverables are achieved and that exceptional standards are achieved.
The successful candidate will undertake an induction programme to ensure they are suitably trained for the role. Once completed, post holder will be expected to follow and clean car park as per agreed PPMs.
Duties
As the responsible party for housekeeping at the Q-Parks Car Park in Mailbox, your role involves delivering exceptional reactive and planned housekeeping services. Your aim is to exceed client and occupier expectations by maintaining high housekeeping standards. You will work independently on planned and reactive tasks, ensuring a proactive and productive approach. Safety observations are reported in line with management KPIs, and you conduct pre-use inspections on equipment, promptly escalating any defects to the Night Duty Manager. Additionally, you contribute to monthly site reports, stay aware of the Mailbox's Energy Management System, assist in implementing the net zero pathway, and actively engage with social value sustainability initiatives. Adherence to task risk assessments, local operating procedures, and task cards is also part of your responsibilities.
