  • Project Delivery: Oversee the design, configuration, and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS) solutions, including Trend, Tridium, and Distech.
  • Design Expertise: Develop and configure controller strategies and schematics, ensuring clear and standardised designs for use by design and commissioning teams.
  • Site Visits & Mobilisation: Conduct site surveys to understand plant and site-specific requirements, aligning software strategies and schematics with on-site needs.
  • Graphics Head End Commissioning: Take full ownership of the commissioning process, ensuring the system meets client expectations and is fully operational.
  • Mentorship & Development: Mentor and coach junior Controls Engineers, sharing expertise to enhance team skill sets and knowledge base.
  • System Integration: Verify software strategies during commissioning, ensuring seamless integration using protocols such as Modbus, MBus, and BACnet.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to address challenges proactively and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Additional Support: Assist with surveys, proposals, and quoting for new projects, and provide occasional support for PPMs and reactive callouts.

Who You'll Work With

You will join a dynamic National BMS Projects and Operations Team, comprising over 50 engineers, managers, and support staff. Reporting to the Project Managers and Regional Operations Manager, your role will balance on-site activities with remote design work, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the team.
