  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, coordinators, engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits during project mobilisation to understand plant and site requirements, ensuring accurate software strategy and head end schematics.
  • Design & Schematics: Create and use standard strategy and schematic designs that are easy for the design and commissioning teams to understand and adopt.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and coach Controls engineers to develop their skills and enhance the team's knowledge base.
  • Commissioning: Take full ownership of commissioning new BMS installations and the Graphics Head End on site, ensuring the system meets client expectations.
  • Surveys & Proposals: Carry out surveys, proposals, and quotes for new project works.
  • Support: Assist the wider BMS Operations teams with PPMs and reactive callouts on selected sites if needed.
  • Verification: Verify software strategy design throughout the commissioning process and provide documented evidence of the system's operation.

Experience & Skills:

  • Trend Expert Competency: Knowledge and experience at the Trend Expert competency level, with the ability to modify energy-biased software and professional schematics confidently.
  • Software Tools: Familiarity with the Trend SET software tool.
  • Integration: Ability to integrate solutions/systems using various protocols, including Modbus, MBus, and BACnet.
  • IT Networks: Good knowledge of IT networks and IP configuration.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, focusing on problem-solving.
