As a vital member of our on-site crew, you'll be in the engine room of daily operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
· Porterage & Logistics Champion: Efficiently handle porterage requests, assist with office moves, and assist in waste operations to maximise efficiency.
· Hands-On Problem Solver: Carry out light maintenance, meter readings, and use a Fork Lift Truck (FLT) to move equipment safely and precisely.
· Eyes and Ears on Site: Proactively identify defects, complete inspections, and maintain impeccable records to ensure 100% site compliance.
· Team Player & Relationship Builder: Work seamlessly with our Mitie team and client stakeholders, building strong professional relationships.
Do You Have the Drive? We Need Someone With:
· A genuine enthusiasm for hands-on, varied work in a facilities/maintenance environment.
· A strong understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
· Excellent communication skills and comfort using mobile tech.
· A Full Driving Licence and a Fork Lift Truck Licence.
· A solutions-focused attitude, able to work independently and as part of a winning team.
