The role involves assisting the Management Team in providing a welcoming, courteous, and polite Front of House Service in accordance with approved Client procedures. You will act as the first point of call and continually provide an exceptional level of service to all within the building.

Your responsibilities include delivering site cleaning using the correct methods and procedures, in line with the cleaning specifications and as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor. You will achieve high standards of cleaning to meet the PM3 auditing requirements and maintain standards of the equipment and cleaning cupboards. Cooperation with site security and compliance with their instructions is essential. You will undertake any other tasks suitable to be carried out within your daily routine and capabilities, with training provided as required. Completing event setups as instructed by the Client to ensure they meet the requirements of the event organiser is part of your duties.

You will also escort sub-contractors employed to carry out maintenance and building works when required. Additionally, you will undertake any other duties over and above those listed, within reason, and within your capabilities, as directed by the Management Team. Supporting the Client Business Team with any requests that are included within the Service Contract is expected. You will work with the team in managing hospitality delivered to the site and take charge of events in the absence of a supervisor if directed to. Assisting with welcoming clients, guests, and dignitaries is part of your role. You will identify and apply opportunities to develop services delivered and improvements.

The potential candidate must have experience in Cleaning and must be a holder for a  British Passport and  should able to undergo an advanced  clearance ( Dv Clearance)
