Role Purpose

We're looking for a confident, energetic and people-focused Workplace Host (SIA Licensed) to be the face of the workplace. This is a unique role that blends outstanding customer service with professional security presence, creating a safe, seamless and welcoming environment for colleagues, clients and visitors.

What You'll Be Known For

Creating Safe & Exceptional Experiences

·       Delivering warm, engaging and professional welcomes

·       Managing access and visitor flow with confidence and control

·       Verifying identity and ensuring correct badge/pass procedures are followed

·       Being highly visible, approachable and always ready to support

·       Supporting visitors with queries, directions and workplace needs

You make people feel welcome and reassured.

Professional Security Presence (SIA)

·       Acting as a visible security presence within reception and workplace areas

·       Monitoring access, behaviour and activity to maintain a safe environment

·       Challenging non-compliant behaviour in a calm and professional manner

·       Responding to incidents, emergencies and security concerns effectively

·       Supporting emergency procedures including evacuations and First Aid

·       Conducting audits of passes, visitors and access compliance

You don't just watch, you actively protect the environment.

Owning the Workplace Experience

·       Taking pride in the look, feel and professionalism of the front-of-house area

·       Supporting meetings, events and workplace activity

·       Liaising with Facilities, Security and Workplace teams

·       Being the go-to person for both service and safety

You own the space, fully.

Raising the Standard

·       Delivering service in line with SLAs, SOPs and KPIs

·       Speaking up and taking action when standards fall below expectations

·       Supporting audits, compliance and continuous improvement

·       Acting on feedback to enhance both experience and security

You bring presence, professionalism and personality. You might come from security, hospitality, retail, corporate reception or a combination of these.

• Hold a valid SIA licence (or are willing to obtain one)
• Deliver outstanding customer service naturally

• Can challenge appropriately while maintaining a positive experience
