ROLE: Workplace Experience Manager
LOCATION: Leeds

We're looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the delivery of Next Gen FM workplace services across a designated group of HMRC Hub and Spoke buildings, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, compliance and service delivery standards.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of all FM services across allocated HMRC Hub and Spoke locations, ensuring legal, statutory and contractual obligations are met.
Build strong relationships with HMRC, VOA, building occupiers and supply chain partners, acting as the primary site representative.
Manage, develop and support FM teams and subcontractors to deliver outstanding customer experience and operational performance.
Ensure PPMs, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance activities and SLA requirements are completed and reported accurately.
Maintain accurate site documentation, asset data and lifecycle maintenance plans to support long-term estate performance.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

Proven experience managing facilities management services, maintenance activities and operational teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and record-keeping abilities with a high attention to detail.
IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems, ideally Maximo.
IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
