As the visible leader of the workplace experience, you'll bring together teams, services and stakeholders to create a seamless, welcoming and engaging environment that reflects the prestige of the building and the organisation it represents.

As the face of this flagship workplace, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of everyone who enters the building. You'll create an environment that feels welcoming, professional and memorable, ensuring employees, visitors and clients experience the highest standards of service from the moment they arrive.
You'll bring together Workplace Experience, Front of House, Cleaning, Security and Facilities teams, creating a culture where collaboration, pride and exceptional service are at the heart of everything they do. Through coaching, support and leadership, you'll inspire your teams to consistently deliver an outstanding workplace experience.
Building strong and trusted relationships will be a key part of your role. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll become a valued partner and advisor, taking time to understand their needs and identifying opportunities to continually enhance the workplace environment and employee experience.
You'll be responsible for maintaining the prestige and reputation of the workplace, ensuring that every aspect of the environment reflects the brand, values and professionalism of the organisation. Whether welcoming senior visitors, supporting business events or responding to stakeholder feedback, you'll take ownership of creating positive and lasting impressions.
Alongside your focus on experience and hospitality, you'll oversee the seamless delivery of facilities services, ensuring the workplace operates safely, efficiently and without disruption. You'll work collaboratively with service partners and suppliers to maintain exceptional standards, whilst ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.
Using workplace insights, feedback and performance data, you'll continually look for ways to improve services, introduce innovative ideas and enhance both employee satisfaction and visitor experience. Above all, you'll foster a culture of inclusivity, professionalism and care, creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and proud to spend their time.
