Join MITIE as a Workplace Coordinator where you'll be the face of facilities management across Network Rail sites. You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery, building strong relationships, and driving continuous improvement. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a high-profile, multi-site role with room to grow and develop your career.

MITIE is a leading facilities management and professional services company, working in partnership with Network Rail to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused environments across the UK rail network.

This role exists to ensure the smooth and proactive delivery of FM services across Network Rail sites. It supports workplace excellence by acting as the key liaison between FM teams, service partners, and Network Rail colleagues, ensuring all needs are met with professionalism and care.

This includes coordinating service teams, managing meeting spaces, maintaining communal areas, supporting compliance and health & safety documentation, and acting as the primary point of contact for FM-related queries. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, conducting audits, and ensuring all service requests are resolved promptly and effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification with knowledge of QHSE procedures and relevant legislation. (Desirable)
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CAFM systems, helpdesk workflows, and compliance documentation. (Desirable)
  • Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
