Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Implement the end to end administrative process for booking officers onto SIA Top-up training
  • Work with operations managers, officer and other administrative resources to deliver training events in line with business requirements
  • Provide reporting and data of training activity.
  • Maintain the Top-up email box and reply to all emails in a timely manner.
  • Forward plan training locations and administer the venue requirements, liaise with our events partner to fulfil these requirements
  • Be an ambassador for the Mitie vision and values and ensure they are embedded into all interventions
