We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in the successful delivery of telecommunications programmes across our client portfolio.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the delivery of telecoms projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering telecommunications projects across the Mitie Telecoms client base.
• Coordinating site activities, installation dependencies and project schedules.
• Managing relationships with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
• Monitoring progress against KPIs, milestones and client SLAs.
• Providing regular reporting and updates to Project Managers and customers.
• Managing project risks, issues and escalations.
• Ensuring accurate project records are maintained within Sitetracker and client systems.
• Supporting compliance with Health & Safety standards and best practice.
• Managing and supporting Project Coordinators where required.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, to budget and to the required quality standards. 

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who can thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment and confidently manage multiple priorities.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience delivering projects within the Mobile Telecoms industry.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving capability.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience working to client SLAs and performance targets.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel where required.
