We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the standardisation and process development for government contract mobilisation. This pivotal role will contribute to both asset collection and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) mobilisation activities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and long-term operational success.

 Key Responsibilities
•     Design & Implement a standardised mobilisation process for the CAFM system.
•     Develop frameworks for government asset and maintenance structures compliant with FM0002.
•     Establish UNICLASS and NRM coding structures within asset hierarchies and datasets.
•     Create documentation and training materials to support future mobilisation and tool usage.
•     Build data manipulation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
•     Review and enhance existing team processes to align with best practices.

 Essential Competencies
Technical Expertise:
•     Strong background in asset management and mobilisation.
•     Hands-on experience with Maximo, especially in government or regulated sectors.
•     Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
•     Familiarity with UNICLASS and NRM classification systems.
•     Ability to define and implement data governance standards and workflows.
Professional Skills:
•     Excellent presentation skills across all stakeholder levels.
•     Proven ability to write and produce high-quality reports and proposals.
•     Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
•     Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
•     Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.
•     Highly organised with strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
•     Understanding of commercial tendering processes.
•     Experience managing asset collection activities.
•     Knowledge of CAFM systems and compliance requirements.
•     Relevant qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management.
•     Positive, composed, and resilient in high-pressure situations.

Desirable Competencies
•     Technical experience in critical environments.
•     Understanding of ISO55001 asset management standards.
•     Familiarity with tools like Power BI and advanced Maximo features.
•     Strong grasp of internal company operations and culture.
•     Experience with document repositories such as SharePoint.
