Your Role as a Store Detective

Are you observant, proactive, and ready to make a difference? As a Store Detective, you'll play a crucial role in preventing theft and protecting one of the UK's leading high-street retailers. You'll operate across multiple store locations, using your skills to identify, deter, and apprehend criminals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prevent theft through proactive surveillance and intervention.
Build strong relationships with police and crime prevention partners.
Report incidents accurately and efficiently to assist with prosecutions.
Attend court when necessary to provide evidence.
Utilize modern surveillance tools, including CCTV and electronic tags.

What We're Looking For:

Full UK driving licence required – travel between store locations is essential. Areas include [Southampton, Nursling, Hedge End, Portsmouth]
SIA Licence – Previous store detective experience is highly desirable.
Strong observational skills – Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure.
Excellent communication skills – Both verbal and written (GCSE English or equivalent preferred).
Customer-focused approach – Experience in a customer-facing role with a passion for service.
Proactive and self-motivated – A team player with a positive attitude.
