About the Role:
we are seeking a reliable and motivated Soft Services Supervisor to lead and support a team in delivering high standards, while meeting SLA agreements, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and maintaining excellent service standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a professional image and complying with all Mitie Polices & Procedures 
• Supervise and support the cleaning team on a day-to-day basis
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance standards
• Ensure all routine, planned, and periodic cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor Staff performance and adherence to cleaning schedules.
• Promote and maintain & Safety compliance at all times
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently achieved.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, stock levels, and uniform distribution.
• Address operational issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain a professional image and comply with all company polices and procedures.
• Respond positively and flexibly to reasonable requests from management, clients, or customers.

Essential Requirements 

• Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices within a cleaning environment
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Flexible approach to work and continuous improvements
• Ability to motivate and support a team in achieving operational goals.
