  • Coordinate and oversee contractors and suppliers, including reviewing certifications, reports, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and ensuring compliance requirements are maintained.
  • Issue and manage Permits to Work (PTW) where required, including activities such as working at height and high-voltage operations, ensuring all safety controls are in place.
  • Use the Maximo CAFM system and other software platforms to record, track, and manage maintenance activity, statutory records, audits, compliance actions, and small works programmes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, compliance management, contractor supervision, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and remedial works delivery.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, leadership, and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence and the ability to obtain and maintain SC Security Clearance and MOD airside driving permits.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively whilst maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Desirable:

  • IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, CDM or other Health, Safety and Environmental management qualifications.
  • Experience using CAFM systems, particularly Maximo, for maintenance and compliance management.
  • Experience managing statutory compliance programmes and planned preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Previous experience working on MOD Hard FM contracts or within a secure operational environment.

What's in it for you?

  • Opportunity to work on a high-profile Ministry of Defence contract at RAF Lossiemouth within the Future Defence Infrastructure Services programme.
