ROLE: Site Supervisor – Telecoms

LOCATION: Based in Glasgow | Potential for UK-wide Travel

HOURS: 40 hours per week

At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team, working on exciting telecoms infrastructure projects across the UK.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead site-based teams to deliver high-quality telecoms work at ground level and at height.
Oversee installations, decommissioning, inspections and maintenance of telecoms structures.
Carry out small civils works including fencing and concrete repairs.
Ensure all activities meet high standards of Health & Safety and quality compliance.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical input to office-based teams to support effective project planning and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Engineering background preferred; telecoms experience is an advantage.
2–3 years' experience as a MATS Tower Climber or similar (desirable).
Experience working safely at height on towers and masts as part of a team.
Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
