Security Manager – Marks & Spencer Distribution Centre
📍 Location: M&S Bradford
💷 Salary: £37,000
⏳ Job Type: Full-time - 50hrs per week Monday to Friday
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Security Manager to lead the security operations at our Marks & Spencer Distribution Centre. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of our site, staff, and assets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
✔ Oversee all security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and stock.
✔ Manage and develop a team of security officers, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
✔ Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations and security policies.
✔ Prevent and investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and unauthorised access.
✔ Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and senior management on security matters.
✔ Implement and maintain security procedures, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
✔ Conduct risk assessments and respond to security threats efficiently.
✔ Ensure compliance with all legal and industry security standards.
✅ Proven experience in a Security Manager or Senior Security Supervisor role.
✅ Strong leadership skills with experience in managing security teams.
✅ Excellent knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and crime prevention.
✅ Ability to handle incidents calmly and professionally.
✅ Good understanding of health & safety regulations.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and incident reporting.
✅ SIA (Security Industry Authority) License required.
