Location: Tennent's Brewery, Glasgow | Full-time | Site-based 

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Electrician to lead Hard FM delivery at Tennent's Brewery. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence across the site.

We're looking for a Site Supervisor who can confidently manage engineers and contractors while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards
  • Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance in line with your qualifications
  • Manage subcontractors, including audits, permits, and risk assessments
  • Support the Account Manager and provide leadership to engineers and operatives
  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and identify opportunities for additional works

Required qualifications:

  • Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds Level II/III or SVQ level 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
  • Experience in Hard FM service delivery within a live environment

  • Ability to lead, support, and motivate teams on site
  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to support across the portfolio
  • Due to the size of the site we require someone who is physically fit.
  • Someone that can make their own way to site as there is no vehicle involved with this role - their is free parking on-site.
