You must be eligible for CTC clearance. Hold a valid British passport or EU passport with Share Code, have no criminal convictions, and have lived in the UK for the past three years with no extended trips overseas. 

Job objectives and responsibilities

·       Organise and run the shop ensuring stock items and levels meet customer demand, providing a welcoming and positive customer experience

 

Main duties

1.     Organise and manage personally allocated area of work related to the smooth running of the shop so that the work is completed effectively and efficiently.

2.     Welcome and serve all customers in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of the shop area.

3.     Process orders as required in line with customer demand and company procedures, including arranging collection and delivery of ordered items, to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.

4.     Refill the kiosks within the Centre as and when required but at least on a daily basis to ensure adequate supplies are available.

5.     Deal with cash in a safe and secure manner adhering to company procedures at all times.

6.     Create and maintain manual and computer records and files such that records are up to date and information can be accessed readily.

7.     Complete documentation in a timely manner consistent with company standards of efficiency and accuracy.Use, handle, transport and store equipment and materials securely and correctly at all times to ensure a safe and secure environment.

8.     Undertake emergency out of hours call outs as required to maintain the centre facilities.

9.     Notify relevant staff of stock levels so that the availability of materials is maintained.

10.  Undertake all notifications of change to the establishment ensuring compliance with the relevant standards.

 

Person Specification

Essential
