Job Purpose:
The DSE Admin Support role is responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of Display Screen Equipment (DSE) furniture deliveries for both customer home and office workers, alongside other ad hoc administrative duties as required by the customer SHE team. This role acts as the first point of contact for any queries or support requests related to DSE furniture orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of all orders. The individual serves as a key liaison between the SHE team, Helpdesk, third-party suppliers, and end users, escalating any complex issues or concerns to the MMC SHE team as necessary. They are also responsible for tracking and logging follow-up actions, gathering feedback from end users regarding the furniture ordering process, and compiling monthly reports on furniture orders. Throughout all activities, the DSE Admin Support ensures compliance with GDPR requirements to maintain data protection and confidentiality of personal information. Additionally, the role helps raise awareness about DSE best practices and contributes to fostering a culture of safety, wellbeing, and proactive risk management within the organization. Other reasonable administrative duties may also be assigned by the MMC SHE team as needed.
