  • Develop and manage project programmes, resources, budgets, risks and delivery plans.
  • Maintain full commercial responsibility, including forecasting, cost control, margin performance, variations and project profitability.
  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant British Standards, industry regulations, health & safety requirements and company procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership, supporting design reviews, commissioning activities and the resolution of complex project issues.
  • Lead project teams, engineers and subcontractors, promoting a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance to support successful project delivery.
  • Support tender reviews, project mobilisation activities and the identification of growth opportunities within existing client accounts.

About You

You will be a proven Project Management professional with extensive experience delivering large-scale Fire & Security projects and leading teams in fast-paced operational environments.

Essential

  • Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budget control, forecasting and margin management.
  • Good understanding of British Standards, regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

  • SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification.
  • FIA or other recognised Fire & Security industry qualifications.
