This role exists due to the expansion and creation of a whole new department. Your expertise in scheduling will be crucial in meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of project delivery.
Responsibilities:
As a Managing P6 Programmer at ESM, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with planners, project managers, and QS to produce accurate and timely project schedules. You will update the status of each project, ensuring critical milestones are met and maintaining accurate records of production work and results. Your role involves creating, maintaining, reviewing, and administering construction schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. You will draft programmes for tender submissions, monitor progress during construction, and coordinate updates and revisions with project managers and clients. Additionally, you will prepare scenario plans to evaluate potential options, provide support and advice to site, construction, and delivery teams, and attend project meetings to present project information. Your expertise will be crucial in accelerating tasks, resolving problems, and ensuring high-quality program delivery within specified timelines.
