ROLE: Senior Facilities Manager
HOURS: 40hrs per week | Mon - Fri

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a portfolio of Tier 1 office locations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across office locations across the Southeast of England, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, budgets, KPIs, and service level agreements.
• Create and maintain a strong health and safety culture while managing building risks, incidents, inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage building performance, budgets, supplier relationships, and operational escalations, driving continuous improvement and best practice across the portfolio.
• Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, service line leads, and internal teams to ensure service resilience, customer satisfaction, and effective governance.
• Lead, coach, and develop both direct and matrix-managed teams, setting clear performance objectives and supporting ongoing professional development.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations, service delivery, and contractual frameworks.
• Proven experience leading teams within a facilities management, property, or workplace services environment.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, supplier performance, and building business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills with a strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation.
