The role involved reporting to the Category Manager or Business Partner and supporting the development and execution of category strategies within agreed supply categories.
Responsibilities include gathering data on spend, volume and service needs in preparation for the eRFx/ eAuctions, maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders and Procurement Business Partners to promote category strategy, understanding business needs, and driving compliance. The role requires maintaining KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of annual savings and supplier performance within the category. You will work as part of a team and occasionally take the lead on relevant subject matter experts.

To be successful in this role, you will be educated to degree level or have the equivalent professional experience / qualifications, relevant experience of working with the category of supply, as well as commercial procurement experience.
