We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Security Team Leader to join our growing security operation in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a security professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, leading high-performing teams, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients.

As a key member of our security leadership team, you will play an important role in maintaining the highest standards of security, safety, and customer service across a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support a team of security officers to deliver outstanding performance.
Ensure all security operations are carried out effectively and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Act as the first point of contact for security-related incidents and escalations.
Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and audits to maintain a secure workplace.
Monitor and respond to security systems, alarms, and access control platforms.
Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and investigate incidents where required.
Build strong relationships with clients, employees, contractors, and visitors.
Deliver briefings, training, and coaching to team members to encourage continuous development.
Promote a positive security culture focused on professionalism, vigilance, and customer care.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to security management.

Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
CCTV Licence
Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
Previous experience in a corporate security environment.
Experience supervising or leading security teams.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Flexible and reliable approach to working hours.

Desirable

First Aid qualification.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Experience working within high-profile corporate environments.
