Job objectives and responsibilities


•    Operational contract compliance in line with the KPI's, AI's and SOP
•    Development and maintenance of customer / staff relationships
•    Compliance to all business processes and improvement
•    Ensuring best service for the customer 
•    HR accountability
•    P&L control 
•    Utilising company support functions where appropriate and required

Main duties


•    Adherence to Agreed Procedures, BCP and ERP
•    Act as the direct point of contact for the client in the absence of the Security Manager or Deputy Security Manager
•    Control of site operational team
•    Ensuring all contractual and additional work are fully staffed with the correct trained personell. 
•    Supporting the Regional Management Team. 
•    Ensuring compliance to Mitie health and safety policy
•    Liaison with external authorities 

 

Person Specification


•    Previous management experience in region of contract value of £3M minimum 
•    Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbally and electronically
•    Ability to manage, develop, support and coach
•    Excellent PC skills
•    Highly motivated and determined
•    Approachable and engaging at all levels
•    Change management experience at a senior level


Health and Safety responsibilities


•    Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
•    Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
•    Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
•    Report any issues or training needs to your  Line manager and /or  via your divisional incident reporting system;

 Information Security


•    Ensure compliance with Mitie's and Clients information security procedures in all activities;
•    Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;
•    Report actual and suspected security incidents;
