  • Understand client priorities and ensure security services consistently align with contractual requirements and business objectives.
  • Lead regular client meetings, performance reviews and service improvement discussions.
  • Produce and present monthly KPI reports, operational updates and improvement plans.

Operational Leadership

  • Lead the delivery of security services across a multi-site portfolio within London.
  • Ensure all contracted and additional works are appropriately resourced with suitably trained and vetted personnel.
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence through regular site visits, including evenings and weekends where required.
  • Drive service excellence, ensuring all sites consistently achieve contractual KPIs, audit standards and compliance requirements.

People Management & Development

  • Recruit, develop, coach and inspire security teams to achieve outstanding performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, welfare meetings and development discussions.
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Support employee relations matters in partnership with HR, ensuring fair, consistent and timely resolutions.

Compliance, Governance & Risk

  • Ensure full compliance with industry standards, legislation and company policies, including BS7499, BS7858 and related regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor operational risk, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, resilience and client confidence.
  • Support investigations, incident management and liaison with emergency services and external agencies as required.

Wider Business Contribution

  • Support the wider operational leadership team and participate in Duty Manager responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support growth, retention and service development initiatives.
