What You'll Be Doing

Security Operations

• Providing a highly visible security presence across the site.
• Conducting internal and external patrols.
• Managing access control and visitor procedures.
• Monitoring site activity and responding to incidents appropriately.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing incident reports.
• Following site assignment instructions and operational procedures.
• Supporting emergency response procedures when required.
• Working closely with site management and the wider security team to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

Health & Safety

• Identifying and reporting potential hazards and security risks.
• Ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures.
• Responding confidently and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
• Promoting a safe working environment for all site users.

Training & Development

• Completing all mandatory training and competency requirements.
• Taking ownership of your professional development.
• Maintaining an up-to-date SIA licence and relevant certifications.
• Learning new skills and embracing opportunities for career progression.

What We're Looking For

Essential

✅ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
✅ Previous security experience
✅ Enhanced DBS clearance (or ability to obtain)
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
✅ Strong attention to detail and observational skills
✅ IT literacy and confidence using workplace technology
✅ Flexible approach to working days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Desirable

⭐ Experience working at corporate, infrastructure or high-security sites
⭐ First Aid qualification
⭐ Knowledge of health and safety best practice
