About the Role

As a Security Officer, you'll play a key role in protecting people, property and assets while delivering a first-class customer experience.

You'll be responsible for maintaining a secure and professional environment, remaining vigilant at all times and responding confidently to incidents when required.

This is a role suited to someone who is proactive, approachable and capable of working in a fast-paced corporate setting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a visible and professional security presence on site
• Protecting staff, visitors, property and assets
• Carrying out patrols, inspections and routine security duties
• Responding effectively to incidents, emergencies and suspicious activity
• Completing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring all Assignment Instructions and site procedures are followed
• Monitoring Health & Safety concerns and reporting hazards immediately
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients and visitors
• Working closely with management and emergency services where required
• Using initiative to identify and reduce potential risks

What We're Looking For

• Previous security experience
• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• CCTV SIA Licence preferred
• Professional, smart and presentable at all times
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance
• Willingness to complete additional training and continuous development
