ROLE: Scheduler

LOCATION: Mitie TSOC, Atlas Business Park

We're looking for a Scheduler who will deliver excellent service standards while ensuring all engineering jobs are allocated, monitored, and completed in line with SLA requirements.

Role Responsibilities:  

Manage the day‑to‑day activity of the national engineering team and delegated tasks.
Utilise scheduling systems effectively to deploy the correct engineering resources.
Ensure first‑time fixes for customers through internal engineers or subcontractors.
Oversee job completion, ensure documentation accuracy, and track materials used.
Reallocate and follow up on incomplete jobs to ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. 

Experience working in service delivery or contact centre environments.
Strong IT proficiency with the ability to use multiple systems confidently.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced operational environment.
Creative problem‑solving skills using technology and data insights.
Eligibility to pass BPSS security clearance.
