Are you a experienced professional ready to drive strategic change and lead a small, dynamic team in our large organisation? Mitie is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager or Governance, Policy, and Performance Manager to enhance our governance frameworks, risk management policies, and performance processes. Reporting to the Head of Governance, Compliance, and Risk, you'll play a crucial role in managing compliance, minimising risk, and identifying best practice improvements to boost operational performance.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in regulatory requirements and risk management processes, who brings a proactive approach to continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
