Keeping accurate logs, reporting incidents, and communicating clearly with colleagues and control centres
Using your initiative to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
SIA Licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision (CCTV PSS Licence desirable)
Previous security experience
SC Clearance desirable (or willing to undergo checks)
A calm, professional approach – even in challenging situations
A commitment to training, self-development, and staying up to date with industry standards
Experience in varied site environments
Strong people skills – able to engage confidently with the public and clients
An eye for detail and a “nothing gets past me” mindset
