Make a Real Impact in Fire & Security Service Delivery 

 

To deliver a first class efficient, reliable and operationally effective regional service team, build and develop the existing customer service base, ensure maximum revenue generation whilst maintaining best in class health and safety compliance.  

To provide clear leadership of the regional team with clear communication of and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities  

 

  • To be responsible and accountable for the operational service delivery in your region, meeting PPM compliance targets and ensuring adherence to corrective SLA's of customer and the NSI 
  • Responsible for Regional P&L and profitability in accordance with agreed target parameters 
  • Build & Develop Teams: Recruit, coach, and develop engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
  • Innovate & Problem-Solve: Analyse performance data, implement best practices, and lead initiatives to improve first-time fix rates, SLA performance, and customer satisfaction. 
    • Be the Customer Advocate: Act as the escalation point for customer needs, ensuring swift resolution and proactive communication. 
    • Champion Safety & Sustainability: Lead on health, safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring our teams work safely and responsibly. 
    • Collaborate & Communicate: Chair regular team meetings, share insights, and ensure everyone is aligned with our mission and values. 

 

What You'll Bring 

 

  • Proven experience managing service teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (fire & security or related sectors preferred) 
  • Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results. 
  • Inspirational leadership style—energy, drive, and a passion for developing people, you will need this in abundance. 
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
