The Regional Performance Supervisor is the No2 in the region and the right hand person of the Regional Engineering manager, this is a critical role to the region being successful or not. You will be the link between line managers and senior managers , you will be responsible for data analysis of the region and spotting trends good and bad and calling these out. Your focus will be on the key metrics that ensure the region is running smoothly from Travel time(TT) , to Time on site(ToS) first time Fix(FTF) and correct van stocks , engineering availability , ensuring we keep 80% availability in the field to allow us to deliver world class customer service. You will also be keeper of our payroll an ensure all necessary checks and balances are in place to be presented to the REM for sign off. Over and above our Mitie values we aim to be the premier Fire & security company in the UK. Everything you do should aim to get us that step closer to realising this goal.
