Project Support Administrator - Loughborough

Responsibilities of a Clymac Project Support Administrator:

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Track project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
  • Support project managers in resource management and allocation.
  • Payment applications and invoicing
  • Scheduling site visits for our installation team each day and raising jobs on our system
  • Taking inbound calls from customers & engineers
  • Ordering and dispatching system parts and access equipment to sites ahead of visits
  • Liaising with engineers regarding their accommodation and travel arrangements

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field - not essential
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
