Role: Project Administrator
Hours: 36Hrs Full-Time
Location: London

We're looking for a Project Administrator who will provide vital administrative support to project teams, ensuring documentation, reporting, and project tracking activities are managed efficiently to support successful project delivery.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage, issue, track, and update project documentation including site surveys, designs, and electrical drawings.
  • Maintain accurate project records and contribute to monthly project reports.
  • Record and monitor pre-construction activities, ensuring statuses are updated and tracked effectively.
  • Support procurement activities by checking purchase orders have been raised and issued, liaising with Project Managers and Commercial teams where required.
  • Maintain project trackers, coordinate document uploads to SharePoint, and support diary management for meetings and site visits.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below-defined requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, project support, or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems such as SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
