Mitie Technical Services are looking for a PPM Delivery Administrator, based in the Whiteley, Hampshire.

What are the Job Objectives and Responsibilities?

Support PPM delivery Manager with;

PPM/ET&I programme delivery
PPM/ET& Allocations
Weekly/monthly reporting
Data Management
PPM/ET&I compliance checks
Client Reports
Conduct compliance checks in line with business/contract requirements
Understand and comply with policies and procedures
Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

What are the Person Specification and Experience required?

Logistical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive outlook
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the
business and to external parties
Willing to learn new skills and take opportunities to expand quality of service
Microsoft Intermediate Excel skills
Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system
Experience of working in a similar maintenance administrator role

Health and Safety Responsibilities

Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
