OCC Coordinator - (Operation Control Centre -  Immigration Services) -  Moira - County Down 

 

  • £29,949.00 per annum 
  • 42-hour week (4 on 4 off – 2 days/2 nights)
  • 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights : 06:00 – 18:00 and 18:00 – 06:00)

Job Objective

In this rounded role as an OCC Co-ordinator you will be a part of a dynamic team who work in partnership with the Home Office to meet core business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent UK and worldwide geographical knowledge and willingness to learn, have good IT skills, must be able to work well under pressure and display excellent problem-solving skills as part of a team. As an OCC Co-ordinator, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the movement of residents, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and client expectations. In this challenging yet rewarding role, whether you are planning journeys within the UK and worldwide returns, monitoring vehicle movements, or liaising with our dedicated crews, you'll be at the forefront of operational excellence, contributing directly to successful missions and the satisfaction of our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities & Main Duties

  • Assist in the planning and management in daily routing.
  • Work alongside the team to manage and solve any problems/incidents that arise
  • To ensure pre-planning elements are clear, resourced and achievable.
  • Deal with reactive requests from clients/stakeholders.
  • Allocating of the necessary resources to each job and working with relevant persons to ensure the job is carried out in a diligent manner
  • Liaises with relevant parties on any updates, issues, delays caused by 3rd party locations impacting on targets/KPI's
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained using the IT solution and other systems available.
  • Produce and distribute, as required, information in a timely manner consistent with company standards of efficiency and accuracy
  • Support the wider OCC team, undertaking duties as required, to assist in the smooth running of the office.
