Job Overview
Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement national strategies for Legionella compliance across all regions.
Leadership: Provide guidance and support to  regional operational managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
Compliance Monitoring: Oversee the execution of Legionella Compliance PPMs, water testing, and adherence to health and safety regulations nationwide.
Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for regional managers and their teams to enhance knowledge and compliance practices.
Performance Management: Set performance targets for regional managers and monitor their progress through regular reviews and audits.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance status and operational performance for senior leadership.
Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between regional managers, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Policy Development: Update and enforce national policies related to Legionella control, ensuring consistency across all regions.

Main Duties
Health and Safety for the Water PPM operations delivery team
Delivery of legionella PPM across the UK to agreed SLA's
Meeting agreed financial targets
Development of the Water PPM operations delivery team with a view to ongoing expansion
Support with the implementation of new CAFM system
Contract mobilisation support for Water PPM delivery
 
What we are looking for
Experience: Extensive experience in operations management, with a proven track record in compliance or health and safety roles, preferably in water hygiene or a related field.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple teams across diverse regions, with strong mentoring and coaching capabilities.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Legionella regulations, water hygiene practices, and health and safety standards.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in water hygiene, health and safety, or compliance management (e.g., NEBOSH, City & Guilds Legionella Control).
Skills: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
